We are growing and looking for Laser Operators to join our team on 1st shift.

Our operations in Conway, Arkansas include metal stamping, forming, painting, and assembly. The facility utilizes stamping presses, brake presses, roll forms, lasers, shears, and a multi-stage paint process. A concept to finished products company providing parts and sub-assemblies to our customers.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sheet metal fabrication environment using machinery such as form presses, sheet liners, brake presses, or punch presses.
- Or previous experience with CNC computer-operated presses or lasers.
- Ability to use and understand various measuring tools to verify conformance to specifications, such as tape measure, calipers, micrometers protractors, templates, etc.
- Ability to stand a minimum of 8 hours per day on the concrete surface.
Responsibilities:
- Receives engineering print or blueprint, interprets, sets dies and settings to specifications to ensure quality output.
- Inspects metal fabrication machinery, installs, aligns, and locks specified punches, dies cutting blades, or other fixtures in rams or beds of machines, using gauges, templates, feelers, shims, and hand tools.
